I really enjoyed this project. Whilst on placement at the Ford Design Centre we were asked to design a set of graphics for a Bioethanol sponsored Formula Ford racing car. The winning design would be put on a car and shown at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2007.

The graphics had to advertise Bioethanol fuel and so I decided to cover the car in the plants that make the fuel. The idea evolved into me venturing out and taking photographs of wheat, leaves, water droplets, anything green and plant like to be honest. I then compiled these images into collages of spikey futuristic leaves and arranged them on the car with text.

When the winning design was chosen I was charged with the responsibility of seeing it through to being put on the Goodwood display car
